Concentrate and build unity, forge ahead and create the future - Zennze Technology launches the 2024 autumn expansion activity

To enhance team communication and collaboration, foster a positive team atmosphere, and further boost team cohesion and combat effectiveness, Zennze Technology organized an innovative all-staff expansion training activity on October 27th.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, colleagues gathered at the National Defense Military Expansion Training Base, with youthful smiles on everyone's faces and a desire for unknown challenges flashing in their eyes. Before the event, Fu Qixiang, General Manager of Zennze Technology, gave a mobilization speech. He pointed out that today's activity is aimed at increasing communication and understanding among departments, strengthening collaboration among teams, and jointly building the foundation of the enterprise; Secondly, we hope that everyone can release stress, sweat and improve their physical fitness in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

In the ice breaking stage, everyone is gearing up and ready to take action. Under the guidance of the coach, everyone quickly formed four teams and each selected a captain. They thought of slogans, put on poses, reflected the wisdom of the team, and integrated the spirit of corporate culture into it.

Subsequently, a series of carefully designed expansion projects were launched one by one. The first step was strict military training. Under the guidance and instructions of the instructor, everyone quickly entered a state of tension and devoted themselves to the content of military training. Under the repeated commands, standard movements were trained repeatedly, and teams competed and encouraged each other, gaining a sense of team consciousness and collective honor.

There is also a challenging and inspiring team project, including classic team collaboration games such as tire obstacle running, 100 second challenge, and power circle, which fully tests the intelligence, endurance, and coordination ability between teams, and greatly enhances everyone's psychological endurance and problem-solving ability when facing difficulties and challenges. During the competition, everyone was enthusiastic and actively participated. The team captains led the teams to work together, collaborate, constantly challenge and surpass themselves, and successfully completed one seemingly "impossible" task after another. Applause, laughter, and cheers echoed throughout the scene!

At the end of the event, founder Professor Liang Buge delivered a concluding speech, "There is no task that cannot be completed, no difficulty that cannot be overcome, no enemy that cannot be defeated, and no cause that cannot be built. He highly praised everyone's outstanding performance and teamwork spirit in the event, and encouraged everyone to bring this spirit into their daily work, cooperate sincerely and work together, and ultimately usher in the dawn of victory!

This is not a simple team gathering, but rather a feast of courage, wisdom, unity, and self transcendence. On the way back, colleagues expressed that they had benefited a lot, not only gaining physical experience, but also gaining warmth and strength from the team in their hearts. It also made everyone understand the importance of goals, missions, confidence, unity, cooperation, and communication.
